OUR SAME DAY RUSH SERVICE:

Rush services may not be available at all times or with some projects.  We reserve the right to offer rush services at the times when we know we can fulfill rush orders.  We will not offer rush services at times when we are overcommitted and we can not be sure that we will be able to honor our promise.   If you are ordering a rush service and you have a hard deadline we urge you to contact us to get our OK.  The time counter on the rush order starts when we receive the order into our system.   All orders for same day service must be placed before 11:00 am Monday through Friday  There is an additional 65% of total order cost is calculated for all RUSH jobs.  After viewing your request we will notify you if the order can be done in one day.     Any delays caused by the delivery services (USPS, courier service, corporate mailroom, apartment or condo office, botched pickup or delivery, etc.) are outside our control and outside the scope of our service.  There is an additional charge for delivery.   We will make all efforts to deliver exactly as stated above.  There are situations that may delay processing:   If processing was delayed because of the client (order had problems, client did not respond to email or phone, credit card was declined,  etc.) we will charge the full Rush Service that was ordered and we will complete and ship the order as soon as the client responds or corrects the payment problem.  Specifically, we will not refund the Rush Service ordered, base price of the order (or any portion), shipping charges, etc.  When ordering a Rush Service, it is the client's responsibility to provide us with instant communication access: a phone number that is answered and/or email address that is monitored and replied within 1-2 hours.    If processing was delayed because of events such as power outage, internet outage, equipment failure, storm, personnel sickness, etc. we will delete the Rush Service portion of the order and process the order as a regular order.  We will not charge for Rush Service.  In any event, and for any reason of non-performance of a Rush Service, our liability is limited to the value of the Rush Service not performed (we will simply not charge for the Rush Service)We do not assume any liability beyond the value of the Rush Service.  Specifically, we will not refund the base price of the order (or any portion), shipping charges or accept any consequential liabilities.  If this is not acceptable, please do not order a Rush Service.  Ordering a Rush Service assumes full understanding of, acceptance and compliance with our policies.

SIGN PERMITS                                                                                               

We can obtain the proper permit for your signs if necessary for $300.00 plus the cost of the permit, unless special zoning is involved.  We can also provide you the proper documents at no charge if you wish to apply for the permit yourself.  Below are some of the useful links to obtain some of the surrounding cities permit applications.

Boat & RV Graphics

Mazda Sign, Inc. is your source for great looking high performance Boat & RV Graphics. We have a huge stock on pre printed custom designed boat and RV graphics or we produce your very own personal decal, lettering and names.

Give us the details and we will work up a quote for you. Please provide the size (height & width), number of colors and the quantity needed. Please be as descriptive as possible so we can give you an accurate quote.  Any art or pictures sent would also be helpful in providing a quote.  We use high performance vinyl for all our boat, RV and auto graphics.

Channel Letters

Mazda Sign, Inc. offers only Gemini Injection Molded Channel Letters with or without LED lighting.  They are produced using Artek®, an engineering grade polymer. Gemini recycles all excess material from our channel letters which are guaranteed not to dent, chip, corrode or fade. Available in all fonts and logos.  These letters carry a life time warranty on the cans and 5 years on LED.  We don't use neon, because it is wasteful and out dated art.

Decals & labels

Mazda Sign, Inc. makes it easy to put your company name, logo or message on almost any surface.
